Today we are learning how to take notes from SKIMMING AND SCANNING.

We will know this when we can:

1. Skim titles, pictures and topic sentences of paragraphs
2. Scan a group of sentences when they look like they might have the information we want
3. Use KEY WORDS to take short notes
4. Store the link and key words in our notes online
